We have carefully selected stock on the basis of size and quality. When selecting flagstones , we look at the quality of the flagstone, the uniform sizes, the discolouration, general faults. There are many factors we look at, primarily the flaking of the top/ surface layer of the stone and for fault lines (hair line cracks).

There are three main types of stone we purchase and hold in stock

The flooring has been lifted sympathetically ensuring the Tongues and Grooves are in excellent condition.

It had been secret nailed so the surface is free of any nail holes, it comes de-nailed a bundled into managable packs for ease of transport.

Engineered Aged Oak Floor Boards

These wide boards use a Darker Oak for the wear layer that has been hand finished to give an Aged /Antiqued appearance.

Once laid and finished these boards will give you a look that normally can only be achieved by centuries of daily wear and tear.

The boards come filled and sanded, T&G and end matched.
